We offer the following 3 ways to order.
1. Online: You can order online using any of your credit cards.(listed below).When
ordering online if you do not wish to enter all the information requested, please make
sure you leave a phone number and the best time to reach you so we can call and
confirm your order.PMH does not give any customers phone number out to any other
source. It is for our use only!
Please note: we are located in the eastern daylight time zone.
3. Phone orders: This method is used by about 85% of our customers. Our toll free line
is available 24/7.Call us at 1-888-282-0002. This office is in our home and the majority
of the time you'll get to speak with a real live person! You will never get that dreaded
"please listen carefully because our options have changed." message. You may however,
get our voice message system. Please take a second and leave your number.
RETURN POLICY
Satisfaction guaranteed, or a full refund of all charges (less shipping) upon return of any item/items.
We will replace any items damaged in shipping at no charge.
Items returned within 30 days will receive full refund.
Over 30 days will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
SHIPPING CHARGES:

We will ship most large orders via Fed-Ex unless you are a distance from a
large city of Fed-Ex hub,then we will use US Postal Priority. Fed Ex rates are better
than the post office, however, they add an extra charge if they have to drive their
trucks a distance. Other items may be shipped via US Postal priority.
If we have your item in stock you will receive it within a week. Most other orders
will take between 2-4 weeks. If an item is needed sooner some exceptions can be made.
Large, heavy studies (ie;Tudor Mint) usually average approx. $12-$15.00 via Fed-Ex
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We accept orders outside the US. We will give you a quote
of the shipping costs via air PP or ground. We will e-mail or call you with this
information if requested at the time the order is placed.
